Parties to the Agreement
"Buyer" is used to refer to the natural person who acts mainly outside his profession and who, when placing an order to Harr's Motorservice, makes an offer to buy and deliver certain goods.
In the following, Harr's Motorservice is used both about the natural or legal person who, upon order confirmation, accepts the Buyer's order and sells the ordered goods, and about the website from which the goods are presented and ordered.
Product Information:
At Harr's Motorservice webshop, the essential characteristics of the product are stated, for further information or questions regarding existing information an email can be sent to Harr's Motorservice via the contact page.
All prices are daily prices and only valid on the order day. Therefore, price changes may occur.
All prices quoted are inclusive of 25% VAT.
Presenting items together with a price on the Harr's Motorservice web shop is not a binding offer, but merely an invitation to make an offer.
Buyer's ordering of goods from Harrs Motorservice does not constitute a binding acceptance, but rather a binding offer to Harrs Motorservice to purchase the product on the stated terms.
A binding agreement between the Buyer and Harrs Motorservice is only concluded when, upon confirmation of an order, Harrs Motorservice accepts the offer made by the Buyer.
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you. When purchasing with Dankort or credit card, the amount is deducted from your account as soon as the item departs from Harr's Motorservice. If you choose to receive the item with a different payment method, please refer to the terms of this provider.
Risk of accidental destruction or deterioration:
Only at the time when the ordered goods are in the Buyer's possession does the Buyer risk the risk of the goods being destroyed or damaged due to accidental circumstances.
According to the Purchasing Act, Harrs Motorservice grants 2 years of right of claim from the invoice date on manufacturing and material defects (defects). The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention.
The invoice must be presented to Harr's Motorservice in connection with the use of the complaint.
Any complaints about defects in delivered products must, according to the Buyer, have or should have discovered the defect to Harr's Motorservice within a reasonable time. Otherwise, the Buyer loses its right to invoke the defect.
Please indicate, and on request, the defect.

Information about the ordered goods from such websites is not included in the description of the ordered goods in the agreement between the Buyer and Harrs Motorservice
The Seller is not liable for any direct or indirect loss as a result of the goods ordered arriving late to the Buyer, or the ordered goods suffering from defects when the delay or defects are due to the Buyer action or omission or circumstances beyond Harr's Motorservice control, such as war, rebellion, riots, fire, state intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labor disputes of all kinds, including strike and lockout, or the like.
Harr's Motorservice does not guarantee the goods ordered independently, and the Buyer obtains only the guarantees issued by the manufacturer to the Buyer.
If Buyer notifies Harrs Motorservice that Buyer has canceled his purchase within 14 days of delivery, Harrs Motorservice will repay the amount received.
Items returned by UFRANCO or on demand are denied receipt. When returning, please use Post Denmark - not alternative package distributors. This allows the item to be tracked if it should be lost during return shipping. You should send the item properly packaged - along with a copy of the invoice and please clearly state that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal and that you therefore wish to have the item refunded. We recommend that you return the item as a careful package with Post Danmark.
You can also cancel your purchase by denying receipt of the shipment.
These return rules apply to all goods sold as remote sales to individuals - this does not apply to goods sold to companies.

Harr's Motorservice reserves the right to change and update the terms and conditions applicable to this website. It is therefore important that you keep up to date with changes.
Delivery times:
Unless otherwise stated for the individual item, the expected delivery time is within 30 days.
